* Informal stage: Complaint heard by staff member;
* First Review Stage: Complaint heard by the Principal;
* Second Review Stage: Complaint heard by the Academies Director with responsibility for the respective academy;
* Final Review Stage: Complaint heard by the Academies Board Complaints Panel.
